2 X DEBT COUNSELLOR POSITIONS

Job Description • Liaising with clients about their initial debt situation (Introduction to the Debt Review Process). • Assessing client’s monthly income and expenditure. • Working with clients to determine priority payments. • Consistently updating the clients as their application evolves and their situation changes. • Following up late payments/paperwork with clients. Monitor monthly DC instalments and reporting on default payments. • Accurately maintain multiple client’s applications. • Follow all NCR regulations regarding the debt review application. • To assist the company to maintain their quality control and quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with the National Credit act and National credit regulator guidelines. Requirements: • NCRDC registered • Can speak and write Afrikaans and English.
