The “One Creditor” Myth – Exiting Debt Review
July 6, 2026
The Debt Counsellors Association of South Africa (DCASA) is proud to confirm its continued membership as a Network Associate Member of the South African Credit & Risk Reporting Association (SACRRA) for the current financial year. Our membership is valid until 31 December 2026.
As an organisation committed to representing the interests of debt counsellors and promoting a fair, transparent and sustainable credit industry, DCASA values collaboration with key industry stakeholders. SACRRA plays an important role in South Africa’s credit reporting environment by bringing together credit bureaus, credit providers, regulators and industry participants to promote responsible credit reporting practices and sound governance.
Maintaining our membership with SACRRA reinforces DCASA’s commitment to engaging constructively with the broader credit industry, contributing to meaningful discussions, and ensuring that the voice of debt counsellors is represented in matters affecting consumers and the debt review process.
Through partnerships such as these, DCASA continues to work towards strengthening the debt counselling profession, improving industry standards, and supporting better outcomes for financially distressed consumers across South Africa.
We look forward to continuing our relationship with SACRRA and collaborating on initiatives that promote responsible credit practices and a healthy credit ecosystem.
Our 2026 SACRRA Membership Certificate is attached below as confirmation of our Network Associate Membership.
